I am a believer in fate, and people who’s lives you are suppose to be a part of. This couple was one of them. From the start, it seemed fated that Caroline and Harris were meant to be together. They were born 10 days apart and high school sweethearts.Harris’ mother received a ring for his birth containing a sapphire that he would later give Caroline as her engagement ring. He never knew she had been dreaming of a non traditional stone for her ring since she was little. They share so many little nuances likes this, they truly are a yin and yang couple, balancing each other out.
Their wedding day at Pensacola Country Club, was classic and elegant with an edge. It felt so much like an outpouring of them. Growing up, they had spent lots of time in the Gulf shores, so hosting their celebration along the waterfront venue was a place that held meaning. There was something so peaceful about having the ceremony surrounded by water and dancing the night away under all the stars. It all felt a little magical.
They trusted my eye as an artistic documentary wedding photographer, and I love the imagery we were able to create together.
